Request books you find on WorldCat using the "Request Via Illiad" links.
Search WorldCat, the world's largest network of library content, such as books, music CDs, videos, and digital material. If you find an item that you would like to request, click Request via Interlibrary Loan to be directed to the Interlibrary Loan login screen. Use your Carleton credentials to login, then check the prefilled form for errors and submit. You'll get an email when the item is ready.
Remember when browsing for materials in interdisciplinary fields, that relevant materials may be found in almost every LC call number. Below are some relevant call number ranges:
DT1-3415 African history
PT8000-8844 African languages and literature
PQ3800-3900's African literature in French
PR9000's African literature in English
You can also browse the reference section, located in the fourth floor of the library, by LC call number. Many reference books about migration can be found under JV call number.
