Using Nexis Uni to Find Cases
There are several ways to search just for cases in Nexis Uni.
1. Select "Cases" from the home page.
2. Use the drop-down menu from the search bar to scope your search to cases.
3. Go to the advanced search menu and select cases there.

- Office of the Solicitor General - Supreme Court BriefsIncludes briefs filed in all cases by the Solicitor General other than responses in "in forma pauperis" (IFP) cases. All briefs filed by the Solicitor General with the Supreme Court (except IFP cases) are available from July 1998. Selected merits briefs and responses are available as early as 1982.
