  • **Rule 21.9 EU and European Community Materials, detailing legislation, COM/SEC documents, debates, founding treaties, green and white papers, press releases, and the Official Journal.

  • Rule 21.10 Council of Europe

Sample citation from Official Journal:

(N) 1. Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, 2019 O.J. (C 384 I) 15.

(B) Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community. 2019 O.J. (C 384 I) 1-177.

**Note that in Advanced Search, you'd look this up as a "CI - supplement I" document (I = an Information and Notice supplement document)
