300,000 art images from the Bridgeman Art Library. Searching by broad subject is useful here, but you can also limit by time period or medium (e.g., photograph, clay, print). Start with an advanced search for keyword=artifact or classification=ethnography and narrow from there using more keywords.

Keep track of what you find online in an ordered manner using online bookmarks, notetaking software or citation management software. Below are just a few suggestions.

Zotero
