  • Item Type = Manuscript (probably)
  • Title = Title
  • Author = Author
  • Place = (don’t copy the subject -- do it right; abbreviate state) City, state abbr.
  • Date = Month Day, Year [put in as much info as you have]
  • Archive = America’s Historical Imprints
  • Loc. In Archive = “References” field (Evans ####) 
  • PUT URL IN “Extra”
