Multiple organizations for students of mixed or multiethnic backgrounds have existed in Carleton's history. Each organization appears to have been active only for a few years and none left a large archival record of their activities. Presently Mixed provides space and support to students of multiethnic, multiracial, or multicultural backgrounds.
